I want to make usernames for someone, but it’s hard to find and ask all of them their email address. How can I creat users only with “Username” and “Password” and ask their email address at the first login?

Why don’t you have them simply sign up for your blog?

The reason why I want to creat users is to prevent prevent fighting by unknown people in comments! Maybe I should check “Anyone can register” and then control users by checking “Comment author must have a previously approved comment”!

I didn’t say that you should not have users or asked why you want to have users. I suggested that they sign up on their own 😉 … but I see you already had the same thought…
