    Hi,

    Can you clarify how I can use the Tickets addon? I have added tickets to an event but it isn’t displaying against the event.

    Do I need to do anything extra? I am using Elementor does this make a difference.

    Hi @lensdigital

    Thanks for reaching out—happy to help with this.

    It looks like the issue may be related to the Events Template you’re currently using. Could you try switching to a different Events Template by going to Events > Settings > Display > Events Template, then check if that makes a difference?

    Let me know how it goes, and we can continue troubleshooting from there if needed.

    Thanks for you help. It looks like Elementor was trying to use the default blog post template for events. I have exclude events from this template and tickets / rsvp now works.
