URL Structure for category selection

Is there a way to change the URL structure for the category selection, mainly for SEO reasons. Instead of the URL becoming https://whitelip.se/sv/produkter/swoof/product_cat-77/ where “77” is the category, we want the URL to become https://whitelip.se/sv/77/.
