    Hi

    I am currently using the latest version of Trio, which is nearing its expiration date. Before I proceed with renewing my subscription, I need assistance with a recurring issue:

    1. When I upload images to a new gallery, they do not appear.
    2. Additionally, I cannot edit these images in bulk.

    This has never been a problem in the past, so I was unpleasantly surprised to encounter it now.

    I’ve searched your support pages but couldn’t find any relevant solutions. Unfortunately, I can’t share a link, as this issue occurs in the backend of my account.

    Could you please investigate and provide guidance on how to resolve this?
