Upload failed – can't use the plugin

Hi,
I can’t upload files pdf. In section ‘Add new upload package’ I insert a title then I choose the file to upload from my pc and the category, it shows the message <<File created successfully!please wait while redirecting…>> and it renames the file like this: ‘1392197337wpdm_P2014.01.0.pdf 419.91 KB’.
When I go in ‘MANAGE’I don’t see the file.
