We have released a fixed version 3.4.1 which will fix the issue that you are facing.
Kindly update plugin to version 3.4.1 (if you have downgraded to lower plugin version) or download a latest version from WordPress.org, install & activate on your site.
If your website is down, to get it up and running, log in via ftp, delete email-subscribers folder from wp-content/plugins/ and then install a new version (3.4.1) manually.
