UpdraftPlus setting page not load

    The UpdraftPlus setting page not load!
    Other sites i use UpdraftPlus still load fine, wp-content folder in site error I renamed, will this affect?

    Hi,

    Can you try to temporarily deactivate the other plugins and see if you still get the same issue? It is possible that there is a conflict between UpdraftPlus and other plugins you are using.

    Same issue. I have temporarily deactivated the other plugins but setting page not loaded

    Have you tried switching to default WordPRess theme? Is it the same result?

    Hi bcrodua,

    I try switching to default WordPRess theme: 2020, Twenty Twenty-One
    Same result, the UpdraftPlus setting page not load!

    Please help me fix it!

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

    Could you run the following test with your browser’s developer tools?

    – In your browser, open your Developer Tools (instructions on how to do this for each major browser can be found here)
    – Open the ‘Console’ tab if it is not already open
    – Reload the page

    Do you see any errors appear in the developer console? Could you send me a copy of screenshot of those errors?
