the problems are multiple,
1) Hiding the email address for Subscribed, Unconfirmed or Unsubscribed.
2) The complete list of contacts was not visible
3) A lot of options in the panel are hidden, and complicated to find!
4) The old version in the main panel sent you to the report, visible report, now it sends you to the new article (see attached images)
5) The new Control Panel is created specifically to complicate things and make at least 20 extra clicks.
I am now using an older version that works perfectly, but I am looking for an alternative to this plugin for all my sites that I manage.
I have no reason to change the review, The one-star review is correct!

Thank you for detailing these points this really helps us understand the experience from your side. Let me address each one so we can move forward clearly:
- Email visibility for Subscribed / Unconfirmed / Unsubscribed
We recently added (recent update) a Status filter in the Subscribers list, which should help you view contacts by their status again.
- Complete list of contacts not visible
We tested this and weren’t able to reproduce the issue. However, if your concern was about not all lists showing when editing a contact, we actually fixed that in the latest release.
- Options in the panel are hidden / harder to find
I understand this concern. We’re currently reviewing the UI based on feedback like yours, and simplifying navigation is part of that. If you can point to a couple of places that feel especially difficult, I will make sure they are included in our next UI pass.
- Dashboard sending to a new article instead of reports
This part hasn’t changed recently, so it would help to know which version you upgraded from. Once I know that, I’ll check exactly what changed and why.
- Control Panel requiring more clicks
I hear you. You’ve shared this earlier and I understand that the new layout didn’t fit your workflow. We’re already discussing ways to reduce steps in the upcoming updates…your input is noted.
I respect your decision regarding the review that’s completely your call.
Our intention here is simply to make the plugin easier and smoother for you (and for others facing similar issues).

3) I repeat, you’ve complicated the entire admin panel by adding unnecessary clicks!
4) the update was done frequently, depending on how it appeared, The only version that works correctly is v. 5.8.5
if for you 10 extra clicks represent efficiency in using a product then I apologize that I don’t understand this efficiency or regression. for me the last version tested and that works as expected is v. 5.8.5, the rest are useless and a regression of technology!

I understand your preference for version 5.8.5 and that the new interface doesn’t work for your workflow. You can continue using 5.8.5 without any issues that’s completely fine.
If in the future we releases an update that brings back the simplicity you liked, I’ll personally notify you. You can decide if you want to try it or not no pressure.
