Update to 3.0.5 killed the CSS

I updated to 3.0.5 this morning, and immediately afterwards the CSS went completely wonky on all the site’s pages. None of the images are displaying, the menus are in the wrong place, and the background seems to have completely diseappeared. I’d rather fix the issue than go back to an older version, but I’m not sure where to start. Any adive would be helpfull.
