  • Your style sheet indicates that you might be using a modified version of the default wordpress theme, “twentyten”. You will have to restore your modified theme files from your last backup.

    The default WordPress theme (twentyten) will always be overwritten during an upgrade.

    Is there something I can do to get around that, though? I have other WP sites built on custom Themes, and they don’t have this problem.

    Making your modifications by creating a Child Theme, or properly renaming the default theme should do it.
