Hi , as per https://wordpress.org/support/topic/linking-scroll-and-clicking/ the update has been published but it doesn’t show up as such.
Where can it be downloaded?

Hi!
I apologise for the misunderstanding, the problem has only been fixed for the paid plugin Dynamic Content for Elementor.
The new version of the free Dynamic Visibility plugin will be released in a few days.
