Problem updating wordpress (and plugins)
I get the following error message:
Update WordPress
Download update from https://downloads.wordpress.org/release/en_GB/wordpress-5.3.1.zip…
If auto updating on your server does not work, try manual updating:
WP:
Try MANUALLY updating. Download WordPress again and unzip it, and use that to copy up. Access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), and delete then replace your copies of everything on the server EXCEPT the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings. (NOTE: do not delete the wp-content directory or your wp-config.php file). Please read the Manual Update directions first.
Backup: If you haven’t already done, always backup everything (including your database) before doing any actions, just in case something really goes wrong. You can never have enough backups! See https://wordpress.org/support/article/wordpress-backups/
Plugins:

Thanks, the update is dinstalled.
But now I got the following message: Bijwerken mislukt. Foutmelding: De reactie is geen geldige JSON-reactie.
This when I want to post a new message and a highlighted picture.
I also have following message: WP Rocket plug-in: WP Rocket could not modify the .htaccess file due to missing writing permissions.
Probleemoplossing: hoe systeembestanden schrijfbaar te maken
Don’t worry, WP Rocket’s page caching and settings will still function correctly.
I found the solution:
If your . htaccess file is missing, then the first thing you need to do is to visit Settings » Permalinks page and click on ‘Save Changes’ button without changing anything. WordPress will now try to generate the . htaccess file for you.
Everything is working fine now
