@shanebp , dear i am fresher in wordpress. i am just suggestion for you for next update for your plugin. can you help me how can i use shortcode for event listings ??
There is already an events listing page: yoursite.com/events/
If it does not exist on your site already, then create a page with this slug: events

You can edit this template: buddypress-simple-events\templates\events-loop.php
You can add your text there instead of in the wp-admin editor.
You can adjust the loop in that template to add images.

@shanebp yes its working but unbale to override this file
wp-content\plugins\buddypress-simple-events\templates\events-loop.php to wp-content\themes\buddyx-child\buddypress-simple-events\templates\events-loop.php but changes not display. Did I miss something?
Override goes here: wp-content\themes\buddyx-child\events-loop.php
