Unsupported

Hey guys,

So I have an account with you with customer key xxxx

I’m adding a shortcode to a page where I want a screenshot to be generated.

My shortcode looks like this:

[ssm key=”xxxx” url=”https://example.com” device=”desktop” dimension=”1024xfull”]

All I get is an placeholder that says: Unsupported

What am I doing wrong?
