Unselected Area highlighted

Hi, I have an issue regarding the area which is not selected in this plugin, is highlighted. I have selected Cuba provinces in my plugin. But when you roll over your mouse to the provinces or their neighbours, it highlights the area. I just want the province to be highlighted, not the near neighbours as happening here. How can i stop it and highlight only the country regions and its territories, not the other provinces or islands.? Please reply fast, if you got the solution. (I have a Lite version of this plugin)
