Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. But payment was made

Hi there,
I have had a few orders where I get the below error message
“Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled”
I understand that orders will go to cancelled because of the Hold Stock settings in Woocommerce>Settings>Products>Inventory and I have now changed this from 60 seconds 00. However one of the customers let us know that they had paid and we received the payment, but it didnt change to Processing.
Why might this be?
