Unknown Orders coming through again

Hi – we had the demo version of the plugin for a week and were very impressed, so got a paid license. CT has been doing a great job blocking hundreds of testing emails. However, in the last few days we’ve had 8 new failed orders. So they seem to be getting through again. Is there anything we can do in the settings? I did hit synchronize with cloud. Thanks
