    Hi EchoReward.

    Thanks for creating this plugin. Would like to check,
    1. Will we be able to create unique URL for each of my affiliate that includes their coupon code automatically. ie their coupon code is included in the URL.
    2. Does the license works on multisite? or do we need 1 license for each sub-site?
