uncheck the ‘Ignore trailing slashes’ and ‘Ignore parameters’

There is an issue with the current version of Redirect.
When I uncheck the options: ‘Ignore trailing slashes’ and ‘Ignore parameters’ it doesnt work and when I go back into edit the rule the boxes are checked again and doesnt seem to hold the unchecked status.
