Unable to upload Files

Sorry to hear about the issue noticed.

I could notice the following error message while submitting:

An error occurred while processing the form. Please try again

However, I could notice a 403 error in the console upon submission. Could we know whether you have any firewall enabled on the server side or using any security plugins?

There might be a chance the issue might be more related to that rather than in Forminator.

However, we would like to also test how the form behaves on our test site. Possible to share your form export so that we can give a quick test and see whether we could replicate the same issue or not?

Thank you for the form,

I tested on my lab site and it worked well, when I tested on your website it did work at the first test but on the second test the Ajax request is returning 403.

Could you please disable the security plugin to verify if the issue is gone?

If so, can you let us know the plugin name or check if the plugin has any log that indicates why it is happening?

As we couldn’t replicate the issue on a test website, it looks more like a site-specific issue. Can you please check with the hosting provider if they can help with any insights on this? I hope the access log from the hosting end can provide more insights on this.
