No, Just added the header and footer of my theme. I added SJB template folder to my theme and made changes as mentioned in the documentation.

Can you please check your browser console? If there is any third party script JS error then fix it first and then check again. Sometimes third party plugin or theme’s script disturb the SJB job application functionality.

There is no script error. The url I am getting for example
/jobs/php-developer/?jobapp_name=abc&jobapp_phone_no=12345&applicant_resume=Tasks.xlsx&job_id=392&action=process_applicant_form&wp_nonce=2236712c32
like this. is there any other issues?

We recommend you to setup your site at any remote server so we can look out the things.
Also, just for testing purpose, please disable all the plugins one by one except Simple Job Board and then check again. Please also activate any WP default Twenty theme and then try to submit the application.

We too are having the same problem. We’ve disabled all plugins except the job board and used the twenty sixteen theme, but upon submitting nothing gets saved to the database and the submission details just get added to the url.

We just reviewed your website & it seems you did a lot of customizations in Simple Job Board plugin core files. Also, some Job Board scripts are missing.
