Hi @mistnigeria,
To troubleshoot the issue please try this guideline:
Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Elementor, WordPress & your theme. Sometimes it isn’t apparent that there is an update available. Go to Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure. (Make sure to back up your site).
Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard. (Make sure to back up your site).
Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard. Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
If the issue persists, deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor. If this helps, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Sixteen and see if it makes any difference.
From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Elementor > Settings > Experiments. Change all of the experiments to Inactive. Click Save Changes.
Check the issue from a different browser or incognito mode to rule out the possibility of browser addon conflict.
None of these solutions work.
I’ve tried each and everyone of them to no avail.
Hi @mistnigeria,
Is it possible that you will make a short Screencast, demonstrating this issue?
Hello,
any further assistance will be highly appreciated
Thank you
Hi,
It seems like you are using a third-party plugin’s widget. Is that the case?
I’m afraid we are not aware of the widget functionality and how it works.
It’s better if you will contact the plugin’s author support and ask them for a solution.
I am having the identical problem.
Added content until the page stopped saving it. Says 404 error. Then if I delete content it starts saving again.
Tested all plugins deactivated, and the theme. Nothing worked.
