Unable to render elevation profile.

I’m trying to display an elevation profile of a gpx file. I havent working on one site perfectly. But it has become overly bloated due to a lot of trial and error in this and other areas. I wanted to start from scratch so I set up a new site. I have the this plugin as well as Extensions for Leaflet Map on both and I have gone through all the settings and they appear the exact same. Using the same shortcode, it will load on the old site (subdomain zwift) but not on the new site (subdoman z) below.

I am using the following shortcode

I have tried disabling all plugins, testing multiple files, clearing site and server cache. Nothing seems to be working. Is there anything obvious that is causing this?
