Unable to re-install WordPress 6.9

    Currently using WP 6.9 all themes and plug-ins are up-to-date. Using the admin is extremely slow, waiting 20minutes for a page or plug-in settings to load. I attempted to re-install WordPress after deactivating the plug-in most likely to cause an issue. The update returns:

    Update WordPress
    Downloading update from https://downloads.wordpress.org/release/wordpress-6.9-no-content.zip…Download failed.: A valid URL was not provided.
    Installation failed.

    You can manually re-install v6.9 via FTP. You would extract the .zip file and upload the files yourself instead of letting WP do it. This is a more reliable way to resolve strange problems than using the re-install WP button on the updates admin screen.

    Hosts firewall was block outbound and inbound.
