I’ve tried to test your comments form.
It seems the protection is disabled at the moment.
Can you contact us via https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open and provide us with website access to let us on/off protection and change settings?
This way we will know enough to fix the issue.

Thanks for getting back to me! Yes, I did disable it and Comments were working fine. Now I have enabled Comments protection and they are again not working.
I have successively logged in to cleantalk.org dashboard but how do I contact you via that link? Once I hit Support button, it took me again to WP forum, just like this one.

Hello,
When I try to post a comment to any of the posts on the website, i am getting the message
CleanTalk. Spam protection
*** Forbidden. ***
…Then I went to “disable the protection of the Comments” in the Settings. Then it allowed me to post a comment, but it is not visible, like I haven’t posted it at all.
I went through the “other Settings” and the
“Disable all comments” has been turned off… So I dunno what else is causing the problem. Could you help me out, please?
Btw I am using Jetpack for posting Comments
