Unable to optimize pages, No Match Found error

    I have been trying to optimise pages. I have tried doing it from WordPress dashboard where it just keeps spinning as well as the 10Web dashboard where it always says “No Match Found”.

    I’m on the Free plan and the 4 pages that were optimised way back when are still there but I’m unable to optimise any new pages.

    Hi @xcelerated,
    Sorry for the delayed response here.

    It looks like the optimization requests may be getting blocked by a security rule, plugin, or hosting firewall.
    If you use any security plugin, please whitelist the 10Web IP mentioned in this guide.

    Please also ask your hosting provider to whitelist it on the server/firewall level.

    After that, try optimizing the pages again and let us know if it resolved the issue.
