Unable to display thumbnails

I have created a page with [gplt nocats="" ptype="post" ttpos="b" orient="h" imgo="false" ttgo="true" dtgo="false" dtfrm="1" categ="press" postnr="100" linn="3" divwid="300" tbwid="90" tbhig="90" cp="4" cs="4" lwt="2" tte="" sptb="false" tgtb="false" ordm="DESC" ordf="ID" metk="" mett="" pgin="" ptype="post" dexcp="false" gptb="true"] i want to display thumbnails and title from the category press but on the front-end it displays only title and no image.
I have separate images for posts i have also tried featured image which worked but i don’t want to display featured image as it also displays on the original post page.

Please help
