Unable to connect to ConvertKit

Hello! I have a site that I think was previously connected to ConvetKit but is not any more. When trying to set up a new connection, it connects to the account, but the forms dropdown spins and doesn’t load. The console says for admin-ajax: “
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()“
Error log has this:PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, WP_Error given in .../wp-content/plugins/integrate-convertkit-wpforms/includes/class-integrate-convertkit-wpforms.php:907I updated every plugin, core, and theme to the latest, and tried php 8.1 and 8.2. Looks like the count() function was updated in 8.0 and that might be the issue? I can’t revert below 8.1 because of other plugin requirements.

It looks like you’re using the Kit for WPForms Plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/integrate-convertkit-wpforms/
To resolve:
- Navigate to WPForms > Settings > Integrations
- Expand the Kit section
- Click Reconnect below the existing connection. If no existing connections are listed, click Add New Account
- Walk through the authentication flow
- Once complete, edit the WPForms Form as before, confirming no errors.
