Unable to access SCWriter API Keys

I have a few issues but they all seem to stem from not being able to login for any of my sites.

“Your account is currently not active. An administrator needs to activate your account before you can login.”

There is no way to contact support, I am unable to get account activated, unable to retrieve SCWriter API key.
