Ultimate Member Endless Redirect

Hi,
I’ve accidentally changed the user roles for my administrator account (by checking the all permissions checkbox under Ultimate Member User Roles), and I am unable to change back any of my wordpress settings because of this. Every page (including the Ultimate member user roles page: https://www.kiasutuition.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=um_roles) gets redirected to the following url instead: https://www.kiasutuition.com/user/admin/?redirect_to=https://www.kiasutuition.com/.
I need to resolve this issue asap. Please help!
