So it looks like you just migrated the website from local to server. I don’t work for UM but here are a couple of things I would try.
Resave your permalinks.
Then set the account page in the ultimate member settings.
Hi Oliverrealize, thank you for your response. Actually I didn’t, I was advised not to so I could avoid problems like this, I just rebuilt everything.
I have just tried as you suggested and still no change.
Resolved.
If anyone else has this issue check your um settings > account theres an on/off switch to add a first name and last name, mine was off. When i turned it back on i found 2 more options showed up and one being: disable first and last names, this was switched on, so even though I could’t see this option, they were causing a conflict. I hope i can save someone else a headache by sharing!
Thanks.

Sadly I was wrong, I am clearly tired, I was looking on my a local site I use for testing. Back to you guys!
Hi @bcordingley,
If it works perfectly in your local server but shows this issue in web server, its likely because of a cache plugin used by your host. Please ask your hosting provider to exclude your account page from cache and see if that resolves your issue. But before, can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?
Thank you.
Mine does not work on internal server or www server at host…
but I am able to create an account.. only
login possible but i dont think it is logged in
cant go to profile, update profile or anything.
Thank you, I will try this asap and report back.
Solved by installing v2.0.2
Same issue – all other forms are working except edit profile form.
Tried theme/plugin conflict test – no dice.
I read in a previous form it could be: regarding a php extension or require a php update? I installed the Query Monitor and have no errors.
Profile page works great, when I hit the cog icon or the add to your profile link the content disappears. I’ve checked the console and the html is not there for the form.

Hi all, its been a long time but I wanted to give an update on this.
I could never get the issue resolved. Until I updated to UM version 2.0.21, all of a sudden it works. Hopefully anyone else with the same issue will have success with this update.
Thanks for your help.
I’m already updated to the latest but thx! Any other thoughts?
