UI compatiblity with 4.1

Hi,
This is the best custom fields is far thank you a lot. Please fix the UI issue appeared with wp 4.1.

When I drag-drop a new component into the “Above” area to sue it, it doesn’t take the screen width like it use to do (pre 4.1) and it doesn’t push the other components box so you can edit it.

At the moment what I have to do is, add the component, give it an id, save then it will appear normally.
