Two weeks since purchase and still doesn’t work

My company purchased the Purchase Tickets and Registration plugins and we can’t get them to accept the registration codes. We’ve been working with support for over two weeks and they can’t even fix the problem despite having full access to our site. They’re finally claiming that the issue is with our host. I’m only changing my review from 1 star to 5 because they finally agreed to issue a refund even though they don’t have a refund policy.
