Addition to questions: the form does not transmit SPF, DKIM, DMARC domain records, so most likely the letters end up in spam
Hi dachamaste,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Regarding your first question—when emails sent through the form end up in spam, it’s usually related to the email configuration on your server. Specifically, missing or improperly configured SPF, DKIM, or DMARC records can cause mail servers to flag emails as suspicious.
We highly recommend setting up SMTP on your WordPress site to improve email deliverability. You can use a plugin like WP Mail SMTP (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/) to configure it easily. This will help ensure your emails are authenticated and avoid being marked as spam.
Now, for the second issue—if the form works while logged in but not when logged out—it’s commonly caused by a caching or security restriction. Here’s what you can do:
- Temporarily disable all caching mechanisms (plugin, server, browser, CDN like Cloudflare) and disable optimization plugins if you’re using any.
- Make sure your form is not restricted by user permissions.
Also, please double-check if any security plugin or firewall is blocking guest submissions.
If possible, share a screenshot or screen recording of the issue when logged out. This will help us investigate more accurately and assist you faster.
Best Regards.

Yes, but our site is still under development. No security or caching plugins are installed yet…. The form is on this page: https://dm-carpentry.ru/contact/, you can try to send a message through it. The system will return an error.
Hi dachamaster,
Thank you for your response. I’ve just checked the form on your site, and the submission appears to be working successfully on our end, (screenshot). It’s possible the issue has already been resolved.
If you’re still experiencing the error, could you please share a screencast or short video showing the problem? That will help us understand it better and provide you with a more accurate solution.
Thanks again for your cooperation and understanding. We’re here to help anytime!
Best Regards.
