Thank you for your prompt response. I hold a Tutor LMS Pro Lifetime license obtained through one of the developers who purchased your bundle subscriptions. While I understand business arrangements can vary, it’s concerning that support is not extended to customers who received licenses through your authorized developer sales. Many developers operate only for several years, not for the lifetime of your business. I had expected Tutor LMS Pro Lifetime license service from your side.
