Hello,
You have a beautiful product however Unfortunately you do not address important bug fixes in a reasonable time.
You are explaining bugs as current system behavior rather than providing fast fixing.
even though you say that you are working on fixing things it appears that afte waiting few weeks nothing was done and suddenly you say that it will be addressed in the future.
I must emphasize that the issue I am experiencing is extremely fundamental and currently prevents me from launching the website at all.
At the moment, when a user clicks the course button, they cannot reach the course page in any way, not for a free course, not for a paid course, and not even for a gifted course. If users are unable to reach the course they clicked on, the entire platform becomes unusable from the visitor’s perspective.
This is not only a UX inconvenience. It is a critical functional problem that blocks the entire project from going live and causes immediate loss of potential users.
I have invested a very significant amount of time and effort over the past year building this platform and preparing everything for launch. Reaching this final stage and discovering that such a basic action – accessing a course after clicking on it – does not work makes it impossible to move forward with publishing the site.
I kindly ask for your help in resolving this issue on my website as soon as possible. Without fixing this access flow, the platform simply cannot function for users.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in identifying what is causing this behavior on my site and helping me correct it so that I can finally proceed with launching the platform.
