    Hi,

    I see that in the triggers the trigger is set and active: “Never show to the user again”. SCREENSHOT
    Does this mean that the user, once he has closed the popup, will not see it again until the cookies are deleted?

    Hi, and welcome to the Depicter community!

    Yes, that’s correct. It means the Popup will be shown only once during the current session of the website visitor.

    Is there anything wrong?
