Translation isn’t updated to the post after being translated

    hi,

    i used this plugin before, it was working fine and i translated some posts month or so on before today

    but now i can see the translation blocks, the translation is done, but the translation isn’t updated and didn’t replaced the original post text

    like if the post is in English it stays in English after doing all the translation stps like before,

    any clue why that is happening now and how to solve?

    Can you share a video or screenshot, what content you want to translate and what type of issue you are facing, it will help in identifying the issue so that we can provide better solution.
    Can you please tell me what theme you are currently using and if possible please share your English post content so I can take a closer look?

    hi,

    can’t do a video now

    but as i used this plugin before i assure that i know how to use it correctly

    the issue is not in some block translation or some text or some posts

    the issue is there for every post, long or short or anything

    all is good until the last step.. update content when it goes in orange and we click on it so we see the translated content.. then i see nothing changed, the text keeps as the original language without any change, or some blocks fro start or from end just changed and the otheres keep at the same original language

    Ps: i know there is a block number that is there to be translated and nothing more than that number, but i’m talking here about any post even it’s contains a one block, a ten or 1000.. it randomly change block to the new language and keep random block number at it’s original language ‘even i saw it translated from the Yandex popup schedule’ .. or it don’t change any thing

    1. What theme are you using?
    2. What kind of blocks are not translating?

    We’ll try to recreate the problem and find a solution.

    Hi @majito,

    Thanks for sharing the information.
    You are using a paid theme so at the moment we cannot verify this issue with specific theme but we will try our best to fix this issue in our upcoming updates.
    If possible please try translating your page with another free theme. If you are facing the same problem with any other theme please let me know.
