Thank you for reaching out to Basic User Avatars, I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are facing.
Can you tell me about the strings that you are unable to translate with Loco Translate?
I assume there’s no problem doing this via GlotPress – we do not have control over approving translations as a Translation Editor will need to approve your translations.

This should resolve the issues with strings not being translated, and this should be included in a future release of Basic User Avatars.
