Are you trying to translate JavaScript strings? If yes, then you need to have JSON files along with .po and .mo files as described here.

You need to regenerate the .po and .mo files because they haven’t been updated yet. Please translate again using a plugin like Loco Translate.

try it on a new wordpress installation. download the module, the translated CZ language will be downloaded during updates, but the dashboard will not be translated in the road. On wordpress.org, the Czech language is translated to 96%…

For PHP string translation, the above link won’t automatically translate the Stock Manager for WooCommerce plugin. You need to manually translate them.
