Translating SEO

Hi,

My site is both in Polish as well as in English.
– I’d like my website to show its titles and descriptions in google search in English for customers outside of Poland and in polish for customers from Poland.
– I’d like my website to show up in google search when keywords are typed in both languages.
Could you explain to me how to do those things listed above with your plugin? BTW I use also the Yoast SEO plugin for my website if that changes something.
