transfer addons and notes to invoice

    i’m trying out this plugin with the official woocommerce product add-ons plugin.
    i’ve got variable products, and product add-ons configured.
    in a single product page, both the variable products options, and the add-ons options are displayed ok in checkout , and are selectable.
    in woocommerce order detail , you can see the products, addons and notes

    but i can’t see the addons and notes in the invoice page. can you please help me?

    my main problem was not solved yet . If you go to

    and select the “COMBINATION PLATE” menu in the food menu, and choose one food that has a side. The selected side and the note written in the invoice do not appear

    Hello,

    Displaying addons and special note in invoice page has been done using WooCommerce hooks. This is how it comes in Storefront theme as well as most of the themes.

    If you are missing the info on this place then chances are the theme you are using is missing the required hooks. Otherwise do let us know if you are mentioning any other section.

    hi , I don’t missing the info on the checkout place but when the system want to send the invoice for customer missing the note and addons.

    Hello @esghandi

    Please send us a screenshot of the invoice you are mentioning about. Also, if it is another plugin which is generating the invoice, then the info related to Food Store won’t show there automatically. Some custom code needs to be added there. You can take any developer;s help or contact us at [email protected] for paid support.

    I need your help. In the food ordering program, all the steps are performed well and even the invoice is sent to the customer in full. But when the order for the kitchen printer is sent through Clover. Eddon and notes are removed. Can you guide me? I have to close my order online because of this error.

We can help you with any issues on enhancement needed with Food Store plugin. If you are facing incompatibility issue with other plugin, please ask for the support from that plugin developer. It’s impossible to make Food Store compatible with thousands of plugins available out there. I hope you understand this 🙂

    Maybe I expect a lot from you, and I understand you, but you were able to solve my problem in the customer invoice and you solved 50% of my problem. But I have not been able to execute the online order yet. Because addons are not inserted in the kitchen printer. Even in the WooCommerce app, addons are not transferred. I’m sure your experts have the ability to solve this problem, just as they were able to add addons to the invoice item. I’m willing to pay for this fix, and other users of this good plugin might have this problem and take advantage of it. Is it possible to write another hook to add these addons to the printer?

    Also, is your invoice (which we worked earlier) and the kitchen print being generated from the above plugin itself or is there any separate plugin to prepare kitchen print ?
