transfer account ownership

    Hello- I have left the website business that uses your feed. The license is under my name/email, etc. I’d like to transfer the license to the new person. This appears to be the only way to contact you about this. yes?

    What is the process to change the name and email contact for a license?

    Also, both the Feed-to-post and full-text-rss-feeds plug in are marked compatibility: unknown. When clicking on the update details, I get a blank screen/popup. When we upgrade the whole DB disappears and we need to roll everything back. When will you have this as compatible?
