We need the time should we track according to the subscription plan defined in the woocommerce.
From this distance, we can’t understand the ‘subscription plan defined in your WooCommerce’ settings. So it would be difficult for us to answer you. Would be helpful if you can elaborate the scenario, you can use a site like this to take and add screenshots if you want.
Also every time the support ticket is marked resolved the total balance available time for that order should get reduced.
Would love to get the whole scenario in a little bit detail.

We have installed woocommerce subscription plugin to subscribes our plans.
Then we installed nano support plugin to create support tickets for easy acces
After creating plan and ticket we want nano support plugin to show the exact time and remaining time of the plan with an order id to the agent on his dashboard which is currently not working
For example, a user has subscribed to the plan on per day basis. So their data should be shown to the agent as showing on the attached Screenshot

Actually NanoSupport, as of now, have no support for WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin – it has only the WooCommerce Core support.
We don’t have any plan just now to add support for the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin. But we can take this as a feature request for any future time, inshALLAH.
