I am using this plugin. orders tracking are not getting auto sync,
we want to sync order details after every 30 min or 60 min. that’s not working,

Please share screenshot of “Shiprocket tab” as well from the plugin settings. Please email it to [email protected]. We will check if the webhook is configured properly.
Can you please also clarify that the tracking auto sync is not working at all or do you just want to sync it every 10-20 minutes?
Also, Shipment tracking updates are pushed from shiprocket via webhook. We cannot sync information every 10-20 minutes. Further, the tracking info generally does not change every 10 minutes so there is no point in syncing so frequently.
