Hi @niallbellxd ,
We just had a look at your page.
Looks like the style assets of WPVR of getting blocked by the Cache plugin you’re using.
In this page’s console, you see check the warnings like this: wpo-minify-header-d3e829c9.min.js:2 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected identifier
What you can do, is go to the Cache plugin’s settings and choose to exclude the WPVR assets from optimizing.
It should work after that.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi,
I have the same problem.
When I am logged in as admin it works, otherwise I see a black box.
It worked fine until a few days ago.
A sample link: https://www.haus-seedeich.de/badestrand/
I am using autooptimize and the cache enabler.
Do you have any idea?
Thanks!
Hi @ollyeden ,
Thank you for your patience while we took some time to reply.
Since you’re using Autoptimize, can you follow this short guide to exclude the WPVR assets from Autoptime: https://rextheme.com/docs/wp-vr-exclude-assets-from-autoptimize/
After that, clear the cache and hard reload the page and see if the tour works now.
Let us know how it goes.
You can contact on our website if you’re still facing any issues.

Hi Jahir,
Thanks for your feedback!
I have added in Autoptimize wp-content/plugins/wpvr, cleared the cache of Autoptimize and the plugin Cache Enabler and the browser cache.
Unfortunately the tours remain black.
What else can I do?
Kind Regards
Oliver
