Tool Tip Removal Plugin

Hi

My theme spacious pro by themegrill although a really good theme has those annoying text boxes when you mouse over images and links.

I tried a plugin called No Title Tooltips and it worked. However I had to disable it due to it crashing my admin panel.

Anyone know of another plugin that will do this job?

If not some simple code or css please!
