Toggle visibility password (Login form)

I would like to make the password visible in the login form with a toggle feature, I found this tutorial link as of today returns a 404 error

I almost sure that when I first installed that toggle visibility feature was running fine, unfortunately next day somehow dissapeared

does anyone know how to toggle visiblity password in login form please?
