TOC Scroll offset bug

It doesn’t matter what value I set, the scroll offset doesn’t change. If I understand it right, I’m expecting that it would add a bit of margin or padding to the scroll position “upward” if that makes sense. Allowing you to make adjustments based on your menu so that the scroll to position doesn’t put the heading behind your menu.

1. Click on the three-dot button on the top right of the Block Editor
2. Scroll down and select “Copy all blocks“
3. Paste the contents in a text file and send it in the email above
