We really appreciate your feedback, and sorry to hear the plugin wasn’t able to meet your needs. We have to offer a Pro version due to the time and cost involved in supporting and updating the plugin due to continual changes in the Twitter platform and the large support burden that comes with that. It’s difficult to strike a balance between which features to include in the free version, but we felt it was important not to limit the number of Tweets or feeds that you could display and instead just limit some of the display options, as many people will tend to only Tweet text or links – both of which are supported by this free plugin. We understand though that some users would prefer to have certain features included in the free version, and certainly respect and appreciate your feedback on that.
