The reason is the HTML tag was changed, but the font size was not changed (Title element has a default font-size).

I updated and in preview mode it is OK, but when I save changes it doesn’t change on page anything and BTW is it possible to centre title under thumbnail ?

I’ve tried to use H2 tag (by Chrome dev tools), and the font-size changed immediately.
Maybe you are seeing cached output, so you didn’t see it works.
Please try another heading tag you want, then clear cache of your browser.
